The Opportunity

 

We are seeking dynamic people with significant professional experience who are looking for opportunities to rapidly develop their skills working in Quaero’s fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a wide range experience, including the ability to perform, or willingness to learn, any of the following activities:

 Applying business and technical knowledge in the full lifecycle of system integration projects, including analysis, design, development, and testing.Participating in client meetings to gather requirements, define processes, review designs, etc.Designing and developing integrated marketing campaigns involving complex business rules using industry standard tools.Documenting processes using standard templates and tools.Gathering and prioritizing system requirements.Conferring with clients to gather information and resolve issues.Preparing and delivering end-user training.Supporting quality assurance activities, including development and execution of system test plans.Developing logical and physical data models to implement system requirements.Installing, configuring, and administering third-party software applications.Performing data manipulation through the development of automated scripts and use of commercial software tools.Analyzing customer data and developing insights to improve marketing performance.

 

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree 2+ years relevant work experience.Ability to meet 80% travel requirement.Ability to work independently without close supervision.Proven ability to work in a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA continuous learner who is self-motivated, curious, agile, creative, a quick study and open to new ideas.

 

Preferred Qualifications:Prior consulting experience.Well rounded background involving several of the above activities.Thorough knowledge of SQL concepts and application.
