Unidata or Universe Programmer

Job Purpose:

Creates and modifies computer programs by converting project requirements into code for Unidata and Universe database using our XLr8 Environment and Tools.

Duties:

* Creates UniBasic Subroutines using our XLr8 Editor for all of our Web based customers. 

* Adds custom JavaScript to our applications that are generated using our XLr8 Web Developer tool that creates the source code in HTML and JavaScript.

* Must pass or have passed at least one IBM certification test within 90 days of employment

 

Skills/Qualifications:

3 years of UniBasic or Pick Basic programming Skills, Problem Solving, Software Algorithm Design, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, and Software Testing
