Job Category:Recruiting Professional Primary Location:USA-VA: VIRGINIA-FALLS CHURCHSchedule:Full-time Job Type:Regular Employee Status:Regular Yes, 25 % of the Time Job Posting: 04/10/2008Description: CSC NPS College Recruiter Computer Sciences Corporation's North American Public Sector (NPS) is undergoing tremendous growth and the NPS University Relations team seeks an experienced college recruiter to work with the team to bolster that growth by executing a quality college graduate and intern hiring program. The CSC NPS College Recruiter will implement recruiting programs, methods, tools and activities to achieve program objectives. Working with the NPS University Relations Team, Human Resources leadership, Business Unit recruiters and hiring managers, the college recruiter will develop and coordinate NPS recruitment activities at various colleges and universities. Essential Functions Carries out full lifecycle of college recruiting functions from needs identification to sourcing, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified students and follow-up with all candidates. Documents/reports metrics, e.g., interview, offer and hire rates, time to fill, satisfaction results, etc. Organizes campus events, e.g., career fairs, info sessions, student organization meetings, etc., Refers qualified candidates to applicable hiring managers; arranges on-site visits for candidates and on-campus visits for hiring managers and other recruiters. Develops and sustains ongoing relationships with students, faculty and administrators (career centers, department heads, diversity offices, etc.) Coordinates intern and extern programs at selected target universities and assists with coordination of the on-boarding process for new hires. Learns and complies with CSC policies and values as well as Federal and State legal requirements, especially equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action (AA) guidelines, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).~Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, industrial relations, liberal arts or related field preferred Five or more years of recruiting/employment experience, focus on college recruiting preferred.
