We are a successful Puerto Rico company offering Internet access and VOIP telecommunications to corporations, business and consumers. We're looking for a dynamic, experienced and innovative Sales Manager to build and lead our sales team.
Duties:Recruiting, selecting, training, assigning & coaching sales reps/account executivesAchieving sales goals & developing strategic plans to meet such goalsCalculating & training sales reps performance - quota achievement, commission calculationsParticipating in sales presentations, quotations and anything required to meet such goalsPreparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Managing both retail-style sales for consumes, as well as corporate outbound salesEvaluating competition and analyzing markets, products, sales campaignsBuilds and expands accounts by maintaining rapport with key executives; studying account needs; coordinating account service; developing account plans, and preferred vendor relationships.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societiesWork in conjunction with all "team" members - accounting, engineering, marketing, etc. - to facilitate the sales and customer services processes
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred. 5+ years sales experience with 1+ years in telecom, Internet, or hi-tech sales. Demonstrated sales management abilities. Demonstrated training ability. Bilingual English/Spanish a must. Excellent written & verbal communications skills. Hardworking, trustworthly and a team player.
