Flextronics’ strengthened global presence and increased resources provide enhanced design and engineering solutions that are vertically integrated with manufacturing, logistics, and component technologies to optimize customer operations by lowering costs and reducing time to market.   Purpose:   This customer facing senior level information technology professional will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for working directly with customer program teams to determine customer requirements from an IT technology perspective and take direct responsibility for managing their implementation and success.  Principle Accountabilities:   Reporting to this position will be customer program managers representing the respective Flextronics business segments together with further customer facing resources geographically based around the world. This role will require working closely with the respective business segment organizations to determine and align Flextronics IT services to their business needs. This person will also have lead responsibility for coordinating IT support for mergers & acquisitions.   Requirements:   This role will require exceptional leadership, customer and presentation skills as well as project management skills and an intimate understanding of Flextronics systems, processes and services. The ideal candidate will have operations experience as well as systems understanding, but does not require in-depth IT knowledge. The ideal candidate will have EMS industry experience, with heavy external customer interface.
