DKW Communications is in need of a Video Teleconferencing Engineers in Oahu, HI and Norfolk, VA!!





TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED!!!


Candidate shall demonstrate a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the system architecture used for both classified and unclassified VTCconferences (i.e. MGC-50/100 POLYCOM bridges, TIMPLEX, ST-1000, IP connections and ports, ISDN connections and ports, dial-in connections and ports, DISN Video Services-Global (DSV-G), etc.).

 

Candidate shall provide technical assistance in the scheduling, planning, coordinating, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of all assigned VTC equipment in a manner to provide trouble-free VTC operations, both classified and unclassified (to include NATO conferences), for authorized users.

 

Candidate shall be capable of providing technical assistance in the operation of all assigned cryptographic equipment associated with the VTC system, and assistance in troubleshooting in order to isolate faulty crypto equipment at the unit level. 

 

Candidate shall provide technical support for maintenance of the system architecture configuration and baseline to keep all site documentation (i.e. SOPs, CONOPS, COOPs, configuration drawings, etc.) for VTC current and up to date.  This may include generating new documents as required where none currently exists.

 

Candidate Qualifications (Job Located in Oahu, HI)

 

Accordingly, the Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years concurrent VTC expertise. 

 

Candidates are further required to be high-level self-starters with demonstrated technical experience.

 

Candidate will be required to perform all tasks independently, with little or no guidance from the Lead Technical Advisor. 

 

Candidate assigned to this task order must keep current on the respective technologies associated with this task order at no additional cost to the government. 

 

In addition, good English communications skills, both oral and written, are necessary, since there will be considerable interface with both military and civilian personnel at various grade levels, other contractors, managers, engineers, and VTC service users.
