IncisiveInfo is looking to hire Veritas NetBackup professionals to provide subject matter expertise and implementation services. We are looking for individuals who reside anywhere in the US but open to travel.

 Technical SkillsMid to Senior level experience in one or more of the following Backup Applications required:  Veritas NetBackup(up to version 6.5) in Unix and/or Windows environment- Knowledge should include, but not be limited to: client installs, support and troubleshooting, patcheds, upgrades, migrations.Junior to Mid level experience in two or more of the following Operating Systems: Solaris, AIX, Netware and Windows. Function experience in storage systems - EMC, Sun, HP, Hitachi, etc

 

Required ExperienceDetailed knowledge of all deployment and configuration options required, including component files and registry settings.Knowledge of configuring and implementing backup storage solutionsProficient understanding of networking/distributed computing environment conceptsExcellent customer interface skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

Highly Desirable

 Certifications in Netbackup Administration.Knowledge of other Symantec productsRelated college degree or equivalent experience
