Vice President - Benefits Admin Practice Lead

A large WorldWide Services Organization is looking for an individual to help build their Benefits Administration Practice from scratch within the Financial Services Vertical.

The right individual will provide leadership, vision and passion to bring a benefits administration offering from conceptual/ nascent stages into the field (the practice "go to market" strategy).

This person will drive the roll-out process collaboratively across functional teams comprising delivery, solutions, alliances, sales and marketing;
also support the sales process through development of and participation in account penetration and bid support.

Responsibilities:

.Develop the business case for the initial offering and monitor the status of an established offering regarding revenue goals and growth expectations.
.Develop and lead offering roll out plans and monitor progress.
.Collaborate with other members of the offering team and wider Business Unit leadership in refining the process of bringing a winning value propositions to market.
.Escalate conflicts between competing priorities through collaboration and negotiation across the Business Unit.
.Develop deep functional knowledge within the offering and within specific industry segments across both technical and business domains.

Background:

.15-20 years in the Financial Services industry with at least 10 years in the Pensions Administration segment.
.Very operational. Customer facing.
.A strong network within the industry essential.
.Strong domain expertise in Total Benefits administration with particular insight into the record keeping space and challenges specific to that area.
.Ability to develop and articulate a value proposition
.Team leadership. Collaborative/negotiating abilities to lead across functional teams including sales, marketing and delivery on-shore and off-shore.
.Good balance between business and technical capabilities.
.Executive presence - extremely articulate with good client facing skills.
.Broader experience in HR and Payroll segments desirable.

Qualifications:

.Degree essential.
.MBA desirable.
.Industry experience at Junior Partner level or above, gained within a management consulting practice desirable.
