Focuses on growth and industry leading performance for both internal and external customers. Position AccountabilitiesAccountable for establishing the strategy and direction of Network Services across Global Outsourcing Services. The services will be delivered through a number of Regional Service Centres and this role, in conjunction with the Regional Services Executives is responsible for ensuring that all Service Centres perform to the strategies and standards established. Accountabilities include: Sales Establish & continually develop a portfolio of services commensurate with CSC's growth ambitions Develop industry leading solutions for all new opportunities Actively support the drive for growth on existing accounts Identifying & developing new business opportunities Support other Industry Verticals and Lines of Business in their growth activities Delivery Definition and establishment of the network and network related Service Centres Management of resources responsible for globally leveraged network services Develops the requirements for strategic vendors Sets the requirements for the training strategy to be deployed across networks staff Leadership recruitment Service excellence and continuous improvement, establishing CSC as the benchmark Improve network responsiveness and agility Continual optimization within networks across all domains of change Customer focus Provides world class customer service to all external and internal customers Support Accounts and New Business in the management and development of client relationships External - Competes directly and favorably with network market vendors P&L Management Product line management, including revenue and profitability analysis for network services Cost centre management for globally leveraged services Optimization of resources, across the resourcing supply chain for network services Operating Unit Expertise & Market Penetration Expertise to focus on growing the revenue and profitability of Network Services Drive an aggressive growth strategy that exceeds 10% cagr Establish excellent market analyst relations Leverage Industry trends & service offerings for specified markets Responsible for the analysis and qualification of new business opportunities Utilise networking skills through industry forums and personal contacts Provides business development leadership and support vertical industry pursuits Communicates and works with marketing on communication policy, media relations issues and advertising programs for area of responsibility.
