Wyle Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a combined level II Systems Technician/Network Technician in the Chicago, IL area (Hines) to support government client. Responsibilities:  This person will be responsible for Cabling/Wiring, Complex server racks, Windows Server Administration, Windows Desktop Support, coordinating efforts with others and planned events. The candidate must understand the components that make up the first and second layer of the OSI model and understand basic computer and network components. The selected candidate must be willing to travel domestically up to 15% of the time to California, Texas, Missouri, and Virginia.Requirements:* At least 2 years of Windows system administration and desktop support experience * Must have good organization skills and can work independently or as part of a team.* CCNA, A+ and/or Network + certification. * Knowledge of the first and second layer of the OSI model * Good understanding of network components * Willingness to travel up 15% of the time nationally *US Citizenship is required and the candidate must be able to pass a security background investigation.
