We need a good Enterprise Level Microsoft Exchange Administrator

Our client has an immediate opportunity for an Enterprise Level Microsoft Exchange Administrator/Engineer to join their team in Houston TX.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with little direction.  The primary role of the candidate will be to support Exchange 2003 and 2007 but as a member of the server team, must also support other server related issues.

Required Skills:

 

· Candidate must have extensive Enterprise Level hands-own knowledge of designing, implementing, migrating, monitoring, and fixing Exchange Server 2003 and 2007.

· Candidate is expected to analyze 100+ small and medium size client environments and fix any and all Exchange issues in accordance with Microsoft Best Practices.

· Must be able to resolve high level technical issues related to Exchange including clustering, high availability, disaster recovery, mail store corruption, mail store restores, migrations, etc.

· Candidate must have intimate knowledge of Windows Server 2003 (Standard and Enterprise) and should be able to support AD, DNS, DHCP, etc. issues.

· Candidate must have a willingness to learn new technologies such as Windows Server 2008.

 

Qualifications:

-5 years of Windows Server and Exchange Server experience

-High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

-Bachelor's degree in related field (Preferred)

-MCSE 2003 and Exchange certifications preferred, but experience will be considered in place of certifications.
