Web Analyst/Support

A Modis partner has an immediate contract to hire need for a Computer Analyst/Production Support Analyst in a 24x7 environment. This position will cover the following responsibilities: Monitoring Company Websites for accuracy and performance.  Escalate instances and errors.  Entry level UNIX/Windows Systems Administration.  Perform ah-doc and routine reports on findings and obdservations. Run reports in tracking tools to keep service requests up to date.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with all levels of IT and business management.
