Web Application Server Administrator

Needed: Experience Web Application Server Administrator

High Available web hosting server containing multiple application servers and web server front-ends in a load-balanced environment that is intended to provide a robust, highly scalable, highly flexible web presence for several hundred web sites.Must be energetic and team oriented person who will support heir web server environment and provide installations, configuration and support applications and their data management requirements  This individual will be responsible for:

Installing, configuring, tuning maintaining and monitoring applications environments (e.g. Apache, tomcat, ColdFusiion, IIS, WebLogic)  Recommending and implementing hardware and or software upgrades  Implementing scripted solutions.  Providing second and third tier technical support for those applications.

Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a IT related field or an equivalent combination of work experience and education, and have at least four years fulfillment experience providing systems and/or web server support.  In addition they must be able to perform maintenance and support of applications in an Enterprise Environment  mush have prior experience in configuring and support of web servers, and application servers in Apache (Sun/Solaris) and or Microsoft HS must be able to learn new application environments.  Must have strong communication skill (written and verbal), strong organizational skill and work in a detail-oriented manner.  Experience interacting with ORACLE and SQL databases is highly desired quickly in a high pressure environment
