Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify web and/or pc applications. Documents all build activities in conjunction with updating or providing documentation. Assist user in developing test script, policies and procedures. Performs integration and unit testing. Plan and/or assist in presentations/training to users of application functions. Support and maintain existing intranet to include routine maintenance of intranet and software solutions, on and off normal scheduled shifts, 24x7 support (troubleshooting, updates, fixes and project support). Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Required SkillsMinimum of 2 years of working experience in intranet development. Minimum of 2 years in a professional capacity within a computing environment. Must have thorough knowledge of intranets and/or extranets, MSVisual Interdev and MS Internet Information Server, ASP/HMTL programming, SQL (database design), Object Oriented programming, NET, Crystal Reports/Actuate, VB Script, JavaScript and a basic knowledge of graphic design. Strong analytical/problem solving skills and abilities. · Ability to multi-task. Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Team oriented. · Customer service driven. · Flexibility and dedication. · Programming and systems analysis background in Healthcare is desired.
