Broadway Dreams Ltd is a rapidly growing internet/catalog/retail company.  We sell dancewear across multiple channels, and are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team.  We offer a great work environment and room for advancement. 

We are looking for someone to edit and manage the content and product offerings for multiple websites, including marketing and promotional copy. Promote content standards and consistency across each site and from web to print. Work with marketing team to ensure content supports company objectives.
 ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that all online content, including product listings, is updated and consistent across both print and web publications. Responsible for writing content for the site, editing and coordinating content provided by others, making recommendations for new content and changes while ensuring that content is both consistent and accurate.  Working with the marketing team to understand editorial and content needs which may be product driven, marketing focused, instructional, promotional, or simply functional. Working with marketing and production to conceptualize, develop, execute, and maintain engaging content that includes web and email text, photos, product descriptions, policies, instructions, news, reviews, search, customer comments, and more. Help define, implement and manage efficient procedures for creating, approving, revising and removing web content. Working closely with IT and others within the company to ensure that all online content is consistent with company strategies, best practices, and product and vendor guidelines. Assisting in enhancing the Company's Web presence, including SEO, content, promotions, and marketing strategy. Providing support and editing content for email campaigns and other e-based marketing efforts. Checking the web sites regularly to ensure that content is accurate, current, and in accordance with the website standards and guidelines.Capabilities and Qualities
The most effective content editors are strong writers who are willing to learn how to write in a web format. These individuals may or may not have technical knowledge about website design and development, but they are adept at communicating with customers - at establishing a real connection, engaging them and encouraging further action.Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines Ability to write and edit copy within tight deadlines Superior communication and interpersonal skills. An understanding of SEO, Web Standards and Web Content A knowledge of HTML/Web Design is preferred, but not required
