Web Developer NYC

My Client, an NYC based media company, is looking for a professional Quality Assurance Analyst to test streaming media applications, discover issues, write clear defects, verify fixes and participate in the QA process - from Planning through release to Production.  Must have skills are:

 

· 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience on multiple platforms (primarily Windows and Mac, IE, FireFox and Safari)

· Experience testing Web-based rich media applications

· Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

· Strong team player able to communicate well with others and adapt working hours to the company's needs

 

The following additional experience is a plus:

 

· Experience with Mercury’s Functional testing suite

· Macromedia Flash and Windows Media Player testing experience

· Data analysis and relational database testing experience (such as SQL)

· Manual testing experience of client-server applications
