WEB MARKETING SPECIALIST

 

Raymarine, a world leader in marine electronics, develops and manufactures the most comprehensive range of electronic equipment for the recreational boating and light commercial marine markets.  This position is based out of our headquarters for the Americas in Merrimack, NH.

 

We are currently seeking a high-energy, talented Web Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of our company websites and e-marketing campaigns.

 

Essential Function/Major Responsibilities:

* Serve as a primary point of contact for the company web sites, ensuring all content is effective, easy-to-understand and aligned with Raymarine’s marketing strategies

* Develop strategies for improving site navigation and design

* Analyze current web sites and applications for continuous improvement

* Produce highly effective web site content

* Develop strategies for improving search engine optimization

* Manage the administration, scheduling and authoring for all consumer and trade e-mail campaigns

* Administer all aspects of the web based CRM applications including online knowledge base, incident tracking system and e-mail marketing modules

* Communicate daily with co-workers, customer and vendors

 

The successful candidate requires a mix of strong technical capabilities combined with creative marketing skills and a positive team-player attitude.  Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS best practices; proficiency with Dreamweaver and Photoshop required. In addition, experience with web based content management systems and web site statistics software is required.

Candidate must posses a 4 year degree along with 2-3 years experience in a web authoring environment.
