Web Metrics/Trends Analyst

Local opportunity in the Sacramento area for an Web Trends/Market Researcher. Candidates must have practical experience and able to provide work samples.Successful candidate will be responsible for:Develop best practice approaches for analyzing user behavior on the website(s), track set-up & data interpretation.Develop automated reports to provide complete historical detail from arrival on site to inquiry submission & illustrate which web tools/content are most effective for driving inquiries.Assist in the optimization of features & functionality around usage to set benchmarks & establish analytics for key performance criteria.Analyze metrics related to identity, frequency & use of the properties. Conduct data/statistical analysis of online marketing efforts to assist management. Create meaningful & actionable reports of web user behavior for design & marketing teams.Produce monthly metrics analysis for management. Conduct ad-hoc traffic analysis of key areas of the site. Develop & evolve monthly web traffic reports. Channel implicit & explicit user feedback into actionable recommendations for optimal user experience. Assist in defining key metrics for product success & developing business cases to provide financial justification for new service offerings. Assist with identifying new product opportunities through data interpretation.
