Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company (WRECO) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company, and a holding company for a number of subsidiaries, including six operating companies (Quadrant Homes, Pardee Homes, Maracay Homes, Trendmaker Homes, Winchester Homes, and Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors (WRI) (Weyerhaeuser is a publicly traded company). Through WRI we also provide subordinated mezzanine debt and equity to real estate developers and residential builders throughout the Unites States. WRECO IT is an exciting and dynamic IT organization that supports enterprise wide and business specific applications.  As a member of the WRECO IT team you will be responsible for learning the home building business and accountable for delivering IT systems that make WRECO the number one homebuilder in North America. Key Functions: Provide business knowledge/expertise to project teams that are implementing, developing or modifying JDE. Assist in ensuring that JDE applications are properly scoped and mapped to business processes. Provide technical support as needed. Define the detailed requirements, analyze business needs and validate solutions with the customer/user. Develop detailed design specifications for system customizations and report development. Consult with project teams and business to design and implement business processes. Develop, document and promote best practices. Utilize customer business knowledge and analytical skills to solve customer issues and share across functions and business units. Resolve end user issues. Ensure data consistency when appropriate. Provide support in interfacing JDE with other applications. Configure the JDE application. Conduct user training. Prepare communications and make presentations.Requirements: 3-5 years of JDE experience. JDE knowledge homebuilder and other specific functional areas such as financials or job cost and knowledge of corresponding business processes. Experience on at least 1 JDE implementation. Good communication skills (oral and written) to both business and IT. Overall knowledge of homebuilding business is a plus.
