The Delivery Center model is based on the principle that efficiencies and economies of scale are achieved through procedural best practices and centralized relationships for our clients specializing in finance and accounting, procurement, customer service, human resources and other services. People within the Project & Support Center organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location.  BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services.  These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs.  We offer a full array of business process outsourcing services founded on operational excellence and cost effectiveness. Our Windows resources can expect to: The role will include quickly understanding the Extranet environment and how applications will need to be built in order for them to operate correctly in this environment.  It will include assisting the Architecture Specialist in reviewing logical design documents and assiting with server configurations for the environment.  A deep Window's environment is needed and general consulting to application teams will also be needed.  General • Incorporate skills which support the Windows Infrastructure and ongoing services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients • Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas• Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package  Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering (any type), MIS or a related field • Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Windows 2003 Server• Minimum 1 year Active Directory  Preferred Qualifications: • Proven logical, creative, problem solving and human relation skills • High degree of initiative • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to manage multiple support issues • Excellent business partner interaction skills • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage various processes/partners to provide a solution • Windows XP, Internet / Intranet technologies, Basic Networking (TCP/IP),  Basic Security Principals Our people are our most important asset and we invest considerable resources to provide on-going training that builds and extends professional, technical and management skills in all areas.
