Will be performing all maintenance and support to include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, upgrade and patching. Will provide management with projected plans and schedules for upgrades and IT budgetary requirements. Will perform product research and testing and will provide suggestions. Will provide technical solutions to customer IT requirements. A+ or MCSE would be a plus.
