Responsibilities: identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems; responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support; documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution; Required Skills:    Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Server Operating Systems   Microsoft systems including, Active Directory and Exchange   Daily Windows server administration, including system stability, integrity, and troubleshooting   Proficiency in upgrading of software and hardware, planning and roll out of servers   Proficiency in backup integrity and recovery coordination along with disaster preparedness planning   Knowledge of LAN protocols including DHCP, DNS,  WINS   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and professional appearance   Self motivated, with the ability to work in both a team environment and individually   Knowledge of the relevant computer systems, applications and equipment to provide customer support of technical terminology, concepts and applications Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO: Apply by Email
