Wireless Account Managment - Analyst I

The Wireless Account Management Analyst I position is responsible for the day-to-day management of wireless accounts in the company's operations environment in compliance with established policies and procedures.  You will  be charged with maintaining accurate and timely information on wireless account status and work with urgency in resolving wireless issues.Designs, monitors and evaluates real-time and historical reports to understand the status of wireless accounts.Identifies potential customer impacting issues through the use of reports, observation and customer/supplier input.Escalates potential customer impacting issues and develops an action plan to address the issues.Maintains a detailed account of wireless issues, actions and expected resolutions.Interface with both internal and external customers in providing information and resolving issues.Exhibits the aptitude to develop a complete understanding of the financial impact of wireless services to ATX and our customers. Manages wireless services in a timely manner with the financial impact in mind.Exhibits the aptitude to develop a complete understanding of ATX's products and an appreciation for the potential life-saving aspects of our products.

Required skills/experience:2 years minimum wireless background (no exceptions).Superior reading, writing, and mathematical skills.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Demonstrated competency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desired skills/experience:Competency using Microsoft Access.Account activation and deactivation experience.Experience as a provider of Telematics services.Understanding of database schemes, SQL queries.Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
