eCommerce Product Manager, 6 mo contract

My client in Dulles, VA has an immediate need for a Product Manager with an MBA or 5+ years of eCommerce experience.  This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension up to a year.  Please look over the job description below and send me your resume in Word format along with your hourly rate, if you are interested and qualified.  I am not able to pay over $43/hr for this position.

Complete Description:
- Deep understanding of eCommerce with specific Careers and Personals industry knowledge
-Works closely with business owners to develop and interpret product strategies
- Drives individual business product web release strategy
- Serves as primary product interface into the technologies organization
- Interacts with the business and programming teams to define requirements, and directs interaction with technologies team on product development.
- Originates and develops new user experiences that help the business achieve revenue goals
- Work closely with the Creative Team to bridge design and engineering work effort
- Gathers industry information and defines users need
- Helps define the marketing requirements for the products and manages the development process by translating user testing and customer support feedback into feature/function requirements
- Experience developing strategies that respond to market trends, IP’s technology and user needs.
- Detailed understanding of other departments and work units and how these areas can benefit his/her area, clients and partners a plus
- Leads and coordinates interdepartmental activities and initiatives; communicates with senior management in other departments.
- Analyzes relative value of alternative approaches or process improvements which impact achievement of significant departmental unit or divisions.
- Strong technical background.
- Experience in e-business, e-services and internet development
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent portfolio of work and evidence of depth of knowledge in interactive projects
