Knowledge of the mortgage business a plus.

You will perform development life-cycle processes, ranging from development to implementation and support. Development may involve front-end GUI development, middleware development, or back-end database connectivity for applications within client/server or distributed systems. As detailed below in the required/desired skill sets, please make sure candidates submitted are senior level developers and have the equivalent amount of experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to estimate correctly and complete work on time within budget.

Must also have experience with SQL query language; sound enterprise system development principles and methodologies; Active Server Pages (ASP) and ARS – ASP integration; web services in the mid-tier architecture; Crystal Reports development; and providing technical support. Minimum of 5+ years experience with ASP.NET (2-3 years ASP.NET 2.0) and C#. 2 years experience with MS AJAX. Must have advanced experience writing/debugging JavaScript. Must also have experience on Agile development team and knowledge of XP (eXtreme programming) tenets (pairing, test-first, simplest thing first, daily standups, points estimation, iterations, etc.). Test-first development experience (unit tests in NUnit) required.
