- able to configure networks for various configurations and hardware types

- Understands layer 1-7

- experienced in testing software for Malware and other Internet intrusions

- May lead projects or teams

- Experienced working with Unix and Windows

- Experienced working with Http, FTP, TCP/IP

- knows how to use SMASH, PERL or Python

- Performs packet analysis
