This personalized level of service, combined with the market reach and technical resources of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) member firms and their affiliates, enables us to respond to the complex and diverse needs of our clients around the world.  In the U.S., the Deloitte FAS practice consists of approximately 1,000 professionals.   In 2008, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) will open a new facility in Hermitage, TN for e-discovery and computer forensics work.  Deloitte FAS' E-Discovery Solutions Center ("EDSC") will increase the capacity, quality, and efficiency of Deloitte FAS' e-file processing by utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a dedicated environment.  The EDSC will be an important foundation from which we can launch our effort to seize a leadership position in a market expected to reach $4 Billion in service revenue by 2010.  We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Deloitte FAS' Analytic & Forensic Technology practice and help drive the success of the EDSC.   The EDSC will be a 24x7, 365 days a year operation.  This role will be for a 1st shift position.  The position will be located in Hermitage, Tennessee which is located outside of Nashville.   Job Responsibilities: §         Oversee daily operations of the EDSC §         Liaise with Shift Operations Manager (R10 and Hermitage) to ensure activities are on track and to address issues and risks as they arise §         Identify opportunities within the existing client base for new products or product extensions §         Provide national level leadership, oversight and expertise in Electronic Discovery §         Oversee resource planning, reporting, account management, and communications §         Overall responsibility for resource and project scheduling as well as the quality of deliverable products §         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; maintain ongoing contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention §         Identify and address potential client issues through regular meetings with internal resources §         Collaborate with operations and sales staff to ensure proper understanding of client expectations §         Coach, motivate and retain staff and approve bonus, reward and incentive schemes §         Liaise with HR to develop recruitment plans §         Assess staff performance, identify staff training needs and facilitate planning of training sessions §         Support Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and generate budget estimates, as needed  Qualifications: §         Bachelor's degree and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field required §         8+ years of technical and litigation support related experience §         5 years or more of client/account management, sales or customer service experience  §         Strong practice and market eminence in Electronic Discovery and Computer Forensics §         Exceptional knowledge of the Electronic Discovery process and experience with large-scale document review, production, and trial preparation §         Experience using MS SQL, MS Access, and other applicable database applications §         Experience using industry-standard Litigation Support applications such as Concordance, Relativity, Introspect, and Attenex Mapper  §         Working knowledge of the IPRO Suite, Adobe and/or other document management and hosting technologies §         Sound project management and negotiation skills §         Strong presentation and written communication skills §         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously §         Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills §         Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, management and negotiation §         Ability to work a flexible schedule About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
