Must have the ability to learn and understand customer business processes and be able to adapt and manage customized work in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

 Pre-sale support  Implementation Planning/Workspace designInternal communication with Sales and Client ServicesBuilding client relationships and on-going servicing of clientRegularly scheduled client meetings Quarterly Training*New feature deployment planningAnalyze and provide clients with intelligence to best leverage the full value of IntraLinksFeedback to Product MarketingDevelopment of “Best Practices” and “Process Improvement”Quality Assurance

 

Requirements

 

· Bachelor’s degree or higher  Minimum of 2 years of work experience  Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

· Domain knowledge of the basics of DCM transactions

· Ability to learn customers business processes quickly

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Strong trouble-shooting skills

· Strong computer skills required, and experience in working with web applications
