Description:

This position works daily onsite with the client's developers and Oracle Database Administrators to design, develop, test and assist with the migration of an oracle web forms applications based on the existing client's web information application.

Requirements:

5+ years direct Oracle experience

US Citizen or permanent resident

• Strong experience with migration of Informix (preferred) or other large Relational database applications to Oracle 10g database and Oracle 10g Forms Developer (web) is required.

• Working presently with Oracle version 10.1 or higher is mandatory.

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Developer Suite, especially Forms and PL*SQL

• Must have experience developing web based forms applications in a SUN platform environment.

• Excellent SQL and Oracle PL*SQL experience.

• Pro*C experience will be helpful.

• Oracle Forms 10g development, test and deployment expertise a must

• Basic working knowledge of Oracle 10g data access strategies a must

• Demonstrable working knowledge of 10g best practice programming techniques

• Solid understanding of 10g d/b access techniques in a relational database model

• Some basic knowledge of ORACLE 10g APPLICATION SERVER FORMS SERVICES and ORACLE 10g Apps Server capabilities and services is desirable, with the ability to
deploy the applications with Oracle Forms Services is helpful but not mandatory.

• Excellent customer relations, English communications skills, time-management,decision-making, and basic task organizational skills are a must.
