We have two positions open.

What we're looking for as a CRM Developer/Administrator (position 1):Experience with CRM software implementation and administration Experience with Java, XML and SQL Experience in integrating various systems and building web services Prior hands on experience on various programming languages and standards Knowledge of systems development methodologies and practices Experience in physical and logical data model design; has SQL and database knowledge Experience with LAMP platform Experience with web servers (Weblogic, Websphere, Apache, Tomcat) Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript

What we're looking for as a CRM Business Analyst (position 2):Ability to gather business requirements, procedures and problems of clients and apply technology solutions. Manage changing requirements with project team and client. Gather, document, analyze and prioritize detailed business requirements based on users and business needs. Conduct requirements gathering workshops and one-on-one interviews. Develop process flows to illustrate steps and describe logical operational steps of the system. Participate and support project team members through the project lifecycle (inception through deployment). Ability to scope and provide project estimates. Create accurate work estimates for deliverables.
