In the U.S., the Deloitte FAS practice consists of approximately 1,000 professionals. In 2008, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) will open a new facility in Hermitage, TN for e-discovery and computer forensics work. Deloitte FAS' E-Discovery Solutions Center ("EDSC") will increase the capacity, quality, and efficiency of Deloitte FAS' e-file processing by utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a dedicated environment. The EDSC will be an important foundation from which we can launch our effort to seize a leadership position in a market expected to reach $4 Billion in service revenue by 2010. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Deloitte FAS' Analytic & Forensic Technology practice and help drive the success of the EDSC. The EDSC will be a 24x7, 365 days a year operation. This role will be for a 2nd shift position. The position will be located in Hermitage, Tennessee which is located outside of Nashville. Job Responsibilities § Manage daily shift operations of the EDSC § Liaise with team leaders (Operations, QA, Project Management Liaison etc.) and Senior EDSC Manager to gather information on project progress and resolve issues as they arise § Responsible for setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality. This includes managing and scheduling shift resources to meet client delivery schedules, deadlines and budgets § Oversee activities on an adhoc basis to improve quality, minimize errors and track performance § Analyze statistics and performance levels of the EDSC, prepare reports and follow through with appropriate actions to continually improve performance and quality § Organize staffing including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet client demands § Responsible for successful shift transitions § Coach, motivate and retain staff and coordinate bonus, reward and incentive schemes with the Senior EDSC Manager § Forecast and analyze data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis Qualifications: § Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field § 6+ Years of hands-on technical Electronic Discovery experience § EnCase Forensic Analysis Software certification a plus § Electronic File Processing experience with both traditional and concept-based processing platforms § Microsoft Windows O/Ss (95, 98, Me, 2000,XP, and Vista) § Experience working with Microsoft Office, MS SQL, MS Access, or other database applications § Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (2000, 5.5, 2003) § Experience with Computer Forensic tools/utilities (e.g. EnCase, Forensic Tool Kit) § Experience with general database, networking, and systems concepts § Experience with: SQL, SQL+, Visual Basic/VBSCRIPT, SAS, MS-Access, C++, Java, ASP, DOS, Windows, UNIX, and Linux § Working knowledge of Concordance, Relativity, Introspect, and Attenex Mapper and/or other document management and hosting technologies § Strong knowledge of the Litigation Discovery process, experience with large-scale document review, production, and trial preparation § Strong presentation and written communication skills § Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously § Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills § Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, management and negotiation § Ability to work a flexible scheduleAbout DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
