2nd Shift Project Management Liaison Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP ("Deloitte FAS") advises clients on managing business controversy and conflict, executing deals, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This personalized level of service, combined with the market reach and technical resources of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) member firms and their affiliates, enables us to respond to the complex and diverse needs of our clients around the world.  In the U.S., the Deloitte FAS practice consists of approximately 1,000 professionals.   In 2008, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) will open a new facility in Hermitage, TN for e-discovery and computer forensics work.  Deloitte FAS' E-Discovery Solutions Center ("EDSC") will increase the capacity, quality, and efficiency of Deloitte FAS' e-file processing by utilizing state-of-the-art technology in a dedicated environment.  The EDSC will be an important foundation from which we can launch our effort to seize a leadership position in a market expected to reach $4 Billion in service revenue by 2010.  We are looking for dedicated individuals to join Deloitte FAS' Analytic & Forensic Technology practice and help drive the success of the EDSC.   The EDSC will be a 24x7, 365 days a year operation.  This role will be for a 2nd shift position.  The position will be located in Hermitage, Tennessee which is located outside of Nashville.     Job Responsibilities §         Primary interface between Regional/Local Project Managers and the EDSC §         Develop and update project plans as required §         Responsible for project quality of work, scope management, adherence to schedule and client satisfaction §         Ensure that project assumptions and requirements are properly documented and managed throughout project duration §         Monitor progress against plan throughout the project/delivery cycle including time, budget, and quality measures §         Identify and address risks and issues as they arise, escalate issues/risks as needed §         Organize regular meetings with team members and on-site project managers to ensure that project delivery is on track §         Ensure sufficient and right resources are defined in a timely manner and assigned as needed to meet required delivery schedules §         Coordinate with Operations and other leads to allow maximum efficiency of project support §         Prepare project status reports on a regular basis §         Manage efforts to track project work and integrate billing information into invoicing process §         Monitor compliance with proprietary requirements to ensure a consistent approach §         Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records at the end of each project  Qualifications: §         Bachelor's degree §         6+ project management experience §         2-3 years of hands-on Electronic Discovery Project Management experience is required. Prior Law Firm experience is a plus §         Knowledge and proven application of project lifecycle methodologies. PMI or other similar professional certification preferred §         Excellent project management skills, including experience in the development of management reports, time management and organization skills, and ability to delegate authority and tasks §         Capability to perform project revenue forecasting, cost control and profitability analysis §         Power user of common litigation/document review tools (i.e. Concordance, Relativity, Introspect, and Attenex Mapper) §         Excellent knowledge of Litigation Support arena, including services particularly in Electronic Discovery and tools (e.g. scan software, OCR software, litigation support databases, etc) §         Software application proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with extensive experience with MS Excel and MS Project §         Experience in handling multiple concurrent complex projects within a technical environment §         Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels §         Strong communication skills with both internal staff and clientsAbout DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
