Description Organization:  Public Service Operating Group Location: Ashburn, VA Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our client’s move ahead of the competition.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Centre or, in some cases, an Accenture office. People within the Client Operations workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. The Quality and Process Improvement (QPI) Liaison will provide overall direction to the program on the Quality Management and Continuous Improvement programs. The QPI Liaison will also support the project team by analyzing existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.  The QPI Liaison will educate program leadership and employees regarding quality concepts, methods, tools, and techniques. Key Responsibilities:   Work with the Program Management Office and IPT Leads to define the quality management plan and processes. Define the strategy that the program will employ for defining, implementing, and maintaining quality and continuous improvement activities. Prepare documentation for educating the project team on quality management plans and processes. Ensure that the project team understands the quality management plans and processes. Coordinate and implement the quality management approach. Review the team's implementation of the quality management plan at defined points in the process. Coordinate the creation of Quality Assurance (QA) preparation materials, and provide input to the program lead for the resulting recommendations and action plans Coordinate all program quality and process improvement efforts with the Accenture corporate Quality and Process Improvement organization. Provide as-needed quality and process metrics to Accenture corporate executives. Some overtime (including nights, weekends, holidays) Limited travel (Reston, VA, Ashburn, VA, Northern Virginia)  Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  TS/SCI clearance 1 year Quality Management experience Preferred Skills:  Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years Quality Management experience in lieu of degree Knowledge of Quality Management practices such as CMM, eSCM, ISO, etc. Professional Skills:   Ability to interface with people at all levels Quality driven focus Problem solving tools and techniques  To submit resume online Click Here  Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
