Developer of ASP.Net based employee benefits administration portal supporting private, public, and government sector clients seeks an intermediate level software programmer with 2-5 years of experience capable in C# and SQL. Successful candidate will:
· Accomplish job requirements by spending his/her time developing and maintaining software applications for C# connected to Oracle 8i & 10g databases by working closely with programmers, sales, and management personnel to analyze, design, code, test, implement and maintain software solutions.
· Use business requirements and functional specifications to develop multi-tier web-based data management applications to include presentation and business logic application tiers
· Mange source code using version control tool in multiple environments such as development, test and production
· Ensure applications adhere to generally accepted standards and conventions for user interface design
Education/Training/Experience:
· Knowledge of ASP 3.0, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PL/SQL, C#, Visual Studio, N-Tier architecture
· Visual SourceSafe, XML experience is desirable but not required
· Bachelor’s degree in an math or science related area or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Asp.Net programming
· Background in financial services or group insurance preferred
