With over half of its staff cleared at some level, our client is poised to deliver the best solutions to all government agencies.  Position: ASP Web ProgrammerLocation: Charleston, SCTerm: Contract to PermSalary: DOE Security Clearance required: Secret Overview:Our client will be providing technical and program management support for the C4ISR Acquisition Engineering and Integration (CAEI) Department of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN), Charleston. The CAEI Department is tasked to act as the trusted agent for the Enterprise Platform Integration Contract (EPIC) initiative for the Department of the Navy's Program Executive Office (PEO), C4I, PMW 750 and PMW 760, and Ship Conversion Navy (SCN) in support of C4I Turnkey programs. The goal of the contract is to provide direct support to the government in improving CAEI programs and processes through independent measurement of performance metrics and independent analysis of prime contractor's performance. The principle place of performance is Charleston, SC.  Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASP/ASP.Net Developer to join their Charleston, SC organization in support of this contract.  Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining Web sites and mission critical Web applications in a fast paced and collaborative environment through JAVA/JSP, ColdFusion and ASP/ASP.Net.  Required Experience Qualified candidates may posses any level of skill indicated below.  Level IV·  Eight (8) years experience, to include: software Design, Development, and Test and Evaluation.  ·  Five (5) years programming experience with JAVA/JSP and ASP programming languages. A strong mix of ColdFusion and ASP/ASP.Net languages is desirable. ·  Four (4) years experience to include: Database development, Web page design, Computer Based Training, development and using .NET tools and .net Integrated Development Environment tools, asp.net, SQL Server 2000, and HTML editor tools. Level III·   Six (6) years experience, to include: software Design, Development, and Test and Evaluation.  ·  Four (4) years programming experience with JAVA/JSP and ASP programming languages. A strong mix of ColdFusion and ASP/ASP.Net languages is desirable. ·   ·  Three (3) years experience, to include: Database development, Web page design, Computer Based Training development, and using .NET tools and .net Integrated Development Environment tools, asp.net, SQL Server 2000, and HTML editor tools. Level II·  Experience:  Three (3) years experience, to include: software Design, and Development.  One (1) year programming experience with JAVA/JSP, and ASP programming languages. A strong mix of ColdFusion and ASP/ASP.Net languages is desirable. ·    Additional Skills required:·  Fluency with industry Web software development standards/best practices·  Excellent time-management skills·  Strong interpersonal skills required to communicate with clients and program managers in order to understand the current needs and transform into action as it relates to the Web applications development. Strongly Desired Skills:·  Qualified candidates should have experience and understanding of Website information architecture, navigation and content strategy, quick prototyping, maintenance of existing Web site applications/dynamic modules, and Web content management systems (CMS).
