It’s all we do and it’s why so many companies rely on us to solve their most complex technical challenges.Responsibilities – Account Executive• Identify prospects• Learn Chariot Solutions’ services for prospect and client sales presentations. Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and engagement requirements• Develop client proposals including scope and fee structures• Present proposals and secure engagements within new and existing accounts to meet booking and revenue targets• Maintain, in coordination with technical leads and team, relationships with existing customers to be viewed as a trusted advisor in Chariot’s areas of expertise• Develop and maintain senior and c-level relationships for account management and new business development. • Create and present account strategies internal sales support for execution.• Be a liaison between Chariot senior personnel and their client peers • Provide sales related administrative duties including, sales forecasting, and other information needed to review own sales performanceRequirements• Minimum of 5 years experience successfully selling software development technology services• Proven track record of developing new accounts and managing existing accounts• Ability to learn new technology concepts and relate them to Chariot’s target market• Strategic thinking and planning applied to solution development within accounts• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Extensive Philadelphia business network • Professional and effective presentation and communication skills
