Account Executive - Healthcare IT

Alliance Consulting and Technology Services is a privately held, technology design and integration firm located near Tampa, Florida. Alliance CTS provides highly competitive benefits and compensation including salary, commission, and medical/dental/vision coverage for all full-time employees.



Typical Work Hours:

Employees are scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours per calendar week
 


Essential job duties and responsibilities include:

Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas, maintaining existing and building new revenue by selling a select set of Healthcare information technology products and services to small and medium sized accounts. Responsible for cold calling, prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high activity sales model to an assigned zip code based territory. Must provide superior customer service on a day to day basis. Must be self motivated and self disciplined and provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to present in both small and large group settings. Must have a polished, professional presentation. Must be able to keep organized, accurate records on daily activities and results. Strong organizational skills imperative. Will be required to obtain technical certifications. Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors. Partner with customers through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution. Manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas. Utilize MS Excel and our CRM software to create spreadsheets and manage data related to customer accounts and sales funnel management.


 

Required Basic or Minimum Qualifications:


2+ years of direct, Business to Business technology sales.

Proficiency with the MS Applications Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required.



Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree. Familiar with local marketplace, companies and community in geography stated above. Demonstrated stable track record of success in Sales. 1+ years in Healthcare sales.
