Position Summary:
Account Executive handles enterprise software sales and is responsible for selling software licenses, services, and maintenance into new and established accounts. They will be responsible for a specific territory and annual quota and travel as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:Perform enterprise software sales for leader in MDM spaceWork with C-level executives of organizations to complete successful salesProspecting in assigned territoryConsistently engage in sales activities such as meetings and presentations Negotiate agreements and finalize sales with clientsMaintain high level of professionalism in all duties
Travel Responsibilities:
Requires travel up to 50%
Skills and Experience Requirements:Minimum of 8 years sales experience required Knowledge of CDI/MDM space a plus Demonstrated consistent quota performance in previous jobs. Experience with complex sales cycle selling to business and IT executives Experience and established contact base in your local area. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven closer, able to garner commitment every step of sales process Ability to lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively (i.e., you are not an order taker) Ability to quickly learn a new software product and clearly communicate its value proposition Team Player Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer’s needs
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
