Account Manager - Customer Service

Summary and purpose of position
The Account Manager will act as the primary point-of-contact for customer accounts and is responsible for managing the relationship HTP has with it's customers. 


major duties/responsibilities & essential functions

Acts as primary point-of-contact for customer

Monitors customers return on investment and communicates that to customer leadership

Leads day-to-day management of client projects

Demonstrates working knowledge HTP products and how they are used by our customers

Provide guidance and training on the use of HTP products to our customers

Proactively finds new ways to build the HTP’s business and grow accounts

Masters and maintains knowledge of hospital revenue cycle process in hospitals

Requires 50+% travel

 

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree


Specialized knowledge

Basic computer skills (i.e. working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products)

healthcare (hospital) experience, revenue cycle experience helpful

5+ years account management experience required. preferrably related to healthcare industry
