Join a leader in the insurance technology industry. Zywave, Inc. provides software solutions to employee benefits and property and casualty insurance brokers and their clients. Due to our rapid growth, we seek an accounting professional with a blend of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing to become a member of our team. This individual will assist our growing organization with invoicing, preparing cash receipts, and collections.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

· Process invoices of Zywave customers on a monthly/quarterly basis.

· Perform the processing of accounts payable on a weekly basis.

· Prepare cash receipts and assist with collections efforts.

· Assist with the data entry of ZywaveRx™ data.

· Perform administrative tasks as assigned, i.e. copying, filing, data entry, etc.

· Assist with building administration responsibilities.

 

Qualifications:

· Two to five years of accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

· Accurate computer data entry skills.

· Intermediate technical skills in Excel.

· Self starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Detail oriented with proven accuracy dealing with math and numbers.

· Reliable and motivated to perform the job accurately and in a timely fashion.
