Client Support Representative and Trainer

 

MDI Achieve is looking for a Client Support Representative and Trainer to join the Client Services team in Maryland Heights, MO.  The person we are looking to hire will have strong problem solving skills, excellent customer services skills, and solid experience in software support.  Ideally, the person would have expertise in financial management and/or accounting.  Health care experience would also be an advantage, and Long Term Care billing experience would be desired.  We are looking for an individual to join our team and contribute to our overall support of financial products.

 

If you are very good with details, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable trouble-shooting financial business applications, this is a good opportunity.

 

This position works primarily within MDI Achieve’s call management process, which involves responding to, managing, and resolving customer reported problems on MDI Achieve software products.  Both in-house and on-site training of our software application is performed in this position.  This position also contributes to other company processes.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in related field OR experience that sufficiently demonstrates ability to analyze and solve technical problems, communicate effectively, train and mentor others, and provide excellent customer service (generally 2-4 years)Intermediate experience (generally 1-2 years) providing software support and/or relevant post-acute industry experienceTwo plus years experience working with personal computers and networkingFinancial experience and/or education as required for position
