Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function to ensure the achievement of key customer and vendor targets. The role will also lead the management of the relationship with our in house Shared Service provider in New Zealand. The position has two staff reporting to it.Strong focus on Accounts Receivable management and credit collection.Lead involvement in our relationship with our shared service function in New Zealand.Staff management.Focus on delivery of key performance measures – including debtors days and payment to terms.Lead role in the development of relationships with customers.Attention to detail and an eye for solving complex problems.Strong inter-personal and communication skills.

Requirements:Desire to work in an accounting field.At least 5  years of accounts receivable experience2 years Accounts Payable experience (optional)At least 2 years staff management experience.Excellent analytic and problem solving skillsPrevious experience in client-focused environment preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills Professional dedication to quality customer service Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel. Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
