Apple is an Equal Opportunity Employer. www.apple.com/jobs Position Description:Working with teams in Elk Grove, Austin, and Cupertino, the Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable process from invoice entry to payment. Responsibilities will include the following:• Conducting detailed reconciliations of vendor statements• Maintaining positive relationships with vendor contacts including timely responses and problem resolution• Researching and resolving inventory related invoices for price discrepancies, duplicate payments, open purchase order availability, open G/R, etc.• Validates payment proposals to pay inventory-related vendors on a weekly basis by matching invoices to payment proposal• Ensuring timely payment of vendor invoices• Interfacing with outside vendors, finance personnel, planning, inventory control, and other internal Apple departments and project teams.Experience/Skills Required:3-5 years related experience; AA/AS a plusAdvanced Excel skills (V-lookups, macros, Pivot tables).
