Ad Campaign Manager

Overview:

 

The Ad Campaign Manager will administer the daily operation of advertising campaigns, and control ad inventory across the WildTangent Games Network. Overall, this candidate will be a detail-orientated, enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently with little supervision. Internally, the Ad Campaign Manager will interface with the sales team, product development team, and finance teams. This person will be responsible for the effective exchange of information and assets among relevant parties (creative and media buying agencies) to ensure accurate and timely posting of ad banners, in addition to monitoring and optimizing live campaigns to maximize performance. This person will also assist in the monthly revenue recognition process by assuring that all impressions have been served for each client, and that each contract is correctly reported and recorded with the Finance team.




Responsibilities:

 Reviews all proposed contracts for integrity and cross-references with proposals generated by sales team.Manages the accurate and timely posting of ad campaigns; contacts client to coordinate campaign set up and update assets; schedules all campaigns for ad sales team through DART system.Manages quality assurance program for ad posting that ensures full compliance with contract terms.Captures screenshots of all creatives on the site once they have been uploaded and set live for verification of proper implementation.Provides customer service support for ad sales team.Answers questions on a daily basis from the sales department about all available inventory.First point of contact for sales team for any “technical” questions on campaigns.Reports on and tracks all inventory holds placed by sales teams.Works with product development team to ensure proper tagging of pages. Provides finance with a monthly revenue report based on all impressions served via 3rd party systems and DART to facilitate billing of clients.Works with the accounting department to resolve any end of quarter open accounts.


Qualifications:

 3 - 4 years online advertising experience.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.General understanding of online advertising processes.Good problem solving, negotiating and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience with ad serving tools (DART, Atlas DMT, etc.) Working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop, JavaScript a +.BS/BA degree is required.
