Administrative Assistant – Human Resources

 

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources and Corporate Education departments, reporting to the Director of Human Resources.  This will include filing of appropriate employment documentation and gathering information for reporting for the Director of Human Resources.  Will also support the various Corporate Education activities, including classroom scheduling, materials procurement, administration of various media used for training, and other projects as assigned. 

 

Education Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 1-2 years Administrative or Secretarial experience

Qualification Requirements:Motivated to take on new assignments and make improvements within the Human Resources and Corporate Education departments Must maintain a high level of confidentiality Must be reliable and have excellent work ethic Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well with others Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects Maintain a high skill set in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
