Job Description:

 

Certiport is looking for an energetic entrepreneurial candidate who is willing to drive performance with products sponsored by one of the best brands in technology.  The Adobe Account Manager will have the ability to promote, sell, partner, market and improve sales of the new Adobe Certified Associate Program.

 

Responsibilities for this position include recruiting and selling to high schools, higher educational institutions, vocational schools, training centers, corporations and other customers as opportunity and management dictates.  The Adobe Account Manager will be assigned a region and required to develop and implement a strategy for those accounts by vertical segment to grow sales and increase the resell partner channel. 

 

The Adobe Account Manager will be a quota driven role in which performance is required.

 

Candidates should have 5 years experience in direct sales and account management.  Adobe Account Manager must be hard working, self-disciplined, goal-oriented and extremely organized.  Ability to do basic territory management, forecasting and sales pipeline management as required.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· Develop specific territory and vertical strategies per region

 

· Contact current Certiport centers in region

 

· Recruit new centers

 

· Manage customer satisfaction and program implementation

 

· Effectively use tools such as WebEx sessions to drive implementation

 

· Effective, consistent and complete usage of Seibel CRM is mandatory.

 

· Work with National/Reseller accounts as required.

 

· Special projects as required

 

PERFORMANCE METRICS

 

· Consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly sales quotas

 

· Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline

 

· Usage of the CRM

 

· Center retention
