Established Manhattan-based multimedia production company working with big named companies ranging from Major League Baseball to Showtime Networks is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced PHP programmer to join our firm and contribute to a number of exciting projects.

Our Requirements:3+ years of solid experience with PHP 4 + 5, MySQL 5 3+ years extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS1+ year of real world experience using AJAX, XML and Web 2.0Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming in PHPKnowledge of Linux command line and shell scriptingAbility to maintain existing code and make adjustments / improvements as necessaryStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skillsEnthusiasm and interest in learning and applying new technologies as neededExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Your Assignment:To learn our system inside and out and use your programming skills to enhance existing projects and develop new ones.To work fast and under pressure while consistently delivering your best work.  To have fun while doing it.

Your Schedule:40 hour work week.  While it will not always be necessary, schedule flexibility is a requirement. You must be available to work overtime and be flexible with work hours when needed.
