ABOUT THE POSITION:You’ll work on a close-knit agile development team that directly collaborates with our clients to deliver enterprise software solutions. Although we enjoy our work and see programming as a fun activity, we take agile development seriously, and we’ve maintained a 100% success rate on our projects. The team contains experienced agile practitioners, who’ll collaborate with you to continue this successful track record. Prior experience on agile delivery teams is by no means a must – all we are looking for is that you are committed to meeting or exceeding our clients’ expectations on timelines, budgets, and software quality. Our agile experience lets you meet that commitment while still maintaining a genuine work-life balance.  ABOUT YOU, YOU HAVE: Strong development experience with OO languages, e.g., Java or C#, with an emphasis on web-based systems A desire to do hands-on coding The ability to solve complex problems with the simplest possible designs.
