Alliance Integration Technical Project Manager

  Alliance Integration Team (AIT) - Technical Project Manager Monster is a high paced and energetic global company that continues to shape the online recruiting market. We are seeking an experienced and motivated technical project manager to join our AIT team in Maynard, MA.   You will partner with various business units and many external partners and customers to provide leadership, subject matter expertise, and technical insight related to Monster’s online presence.     Essential Functions:   Work collaboratively across Monster departments including Sales, Product Management and Technology/Development Communicate directly with our clients & partners gathering requirements, reporting progress, clarifying issues and guiding them through their technical implementation Work with our clients’ and partners’ developers and technical staff Work on data and functional integrations of Monster’s system and software systems running at our partners. Lead, manage, coordinate and report on multiple projects. Participate in technical design and implementation of projects using variety of technologies including (.NET, C#, XML, ASP, Visual Basic, SQL Server).   Qualifications: Must be able to develop expert level of competence in using AIT solutions Ability to work on multiple projects that require a conceptual understanding of databases, data integration and data transfer Minimum of 3 years experience implementation/project planning experience Experience developing collaborative relationships and partnerships with our customers as well as Monster business and technology departments Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Strong project management and time management skills Ability to work autonomously as well as in business teams Bachelor’s degree           Monster Worldwide is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees.
