These are Full Time Positions

 

We pay $15.00 per hour for Bilingual Associates (Spanish or French)

We pay $14.00 for those who are not bilingual

We have Paid Time Off

You will be eligible to join our Medical, Dental and Life Plan after 90 days

 

The associates we hire will possess the following:

  Previous call center experience; preferably with hotel, travel agency or airline central reservations systems

  Flexibility to work shifts, holidays and weekends

  Strong trouble shooting background researching, investigating and escalating support requests, subsequently following up on each trouble ticket in a timely matter

  Can Do Positive Team Spirit

  Superior customer service skills

  Professional demeanor

  Superior telephone etiquette

  Good attendance and punctuality  

  Exemplary oral and written communication skills

 

A High level summary of these positions is as follows:

√  Communicating via telephone calls and email with Hotel Employees; providing technical and functional support for questions or issues related to their Central Reservation System

√  Research, investigate and escalate if necessary, all support requests, ensuring resolution in a timely manner according to customer service level agreements

√  Document each support request by utilizing an issue tracking tool/CRM; detailing all information relating to the status of the issue

√  Adhere to departmental policies and procedures managing work to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA)

√  Educate Hotel Properties/Customers on how to optimize the use of the Hotel CRS, including any additional features

√  Participate in functional testing of enhancements for production applications as necessary

√  Participate in team meetings providing information on how to continuously improve service to the customer/s


Experience with the iHotelier Central Reservation System is a Major Plus!
